“My studio environment is an engaging place for all the senses. This starts at the front walk…
the front door welcomes the student with a special mask, puppet, or message. In addition to our musical work we talk about what art and music is available in our area- museum shows, concerts. I like to show the students what sort of art was being made at the same time as the pieces they’re playing, what people were wearing, what was happening in history.”
